Brewing Success as Dept. of Coffee’s Digital Experience Partner

Project Brief
Department of Coffee is Sri Lanka’s first specialty café. Their mission is to reinvent local coffee culture through craftsmanship, creativity, and community. They source beans ethically from local farmers and global roasters, offering a fresh experience every time you visit.
As the brand grew across Sri Lanka and Oman, they needed a consistent digital identity. Their goal was to build platforms that reflect their evolving culture and connect with customers through smooth, modern experiences — both in-store and online.
How We Helped
We worked closely with Department of Coffee as their long-term digital partner. Our team designed and developed three major platforms — the Sri Lankan website, the Oman regional site, and an eCommerce store.
Each platform was tailored to its audience yet stayed true to the brand’s creative spirit. The Sri Lanka and Oman websites capture the warmth and sophistication of their cafés with clean layouts and responsive performance.
Meanwhile, the Boutique eCommerce site introduced a new level of digital engagement. It includes a customer loyalty system, digital wallet, and reward features that encourage repeat purchases and strengthen community ties.
Through design, development, and technical integration, we helped Department of Coffee bring their brand story to life online. As a result, their digital experience now feels just as rich and personal as their coffee.
